• Marina del Rey Marriott is Valet only; $12
• Glow is an outdoor venue without shelter from the elements. In the case of rain, event will be cancelled without charge.
• All charges will be presented on one check (you may present up to 5 credit cards to settle the check)
• 18% gratuity is included on all checks
• On day of event, credit card will be run for pre-approval. If credit card is declined prior to event, a valid credit card must be presented or event will be cancelled.
• Drinks must be ordered via cocktail server.
• All guests must be 21 years of age.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee
• Charges are fully refundable if cancellation is given 48 hours prior.
• Flat cake fee of $30 per cake.
• All beverages consumed must be purchase at glow, no outside alcoholic beverages.
• The cabana is released after 30 minutes if party is not in glow; cancellation fee still applied.
• Credit Card Authorization and Contract must be signed to hold reservation.
• Absolutely no parties in sleeping room.
• Dress code strictly enforced.
